Kwality Group needed a digital showroom that felt like the work itself: cinematic, editorial, and more branded experience than a typical company homepage.
The brief was to present 30+ years of turnkey architecture and interiors (commercial, residential, and retail) with splash intro, smooth-scroll storytelling, animated project grids, and a working contact flow.

The site opens with a splash mosaic of project images, then moves into an infinite-scroll hero, video, pillars, clients, and a filterable portfolio across commercial, residential, and retail work.
Lenis and GSAP ScrollTrigger drive the motion language. A full-screen menu, masonry gallery, EmailJS contact form, and a map for the Banjara Hills office complete the experience, with metadata, Open Graph, sitemap, and Schema.org for search.
The result showcases 1,200+ projects and clients such as Google, BMW, Warner Bros, ISB, and the US Consulate, alongside partners like Loom Crafts, Kokuyo, and Woodwiser.
Built as a production Next.js 16 site with App Router, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, GSAP, Lenis, Motion, and EmailJS, plus image optimization, skeleton loaders, and a Biome + Lefthook workflow.
